Karina Lancaster has been the Head of Recruitment at Aria Care since September 2022. Prior to this role, she served as a Resourcing Advisor and Clinical Recruitment Team Leader at Caring Homes Group from June 2015 to September 2022. Karina received her education at Hockerill Boarding School from 1989 to 1994.
