Rosa Johnson is an experienced contract management professional currently serving as the Director of Contracts at ARI (Applied Research Institute) since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rosa worked at ASI Government as an Acquisition SME/OTA Lead from October 2019 to July 2021 and as a Support Contractor Contract Specialist in 2018. Rosa's career began with the United States Air Force, where positions included Contracting Officer and Senior Contract Specialist, managing significant contracting workloads and overseeing a team to administer medical services contracts worth $54 million. Rosa holds a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Troy University and an Associate's degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
