Brooke Pyne serves as the Executive Vice President of Innovation and Strategy at the Applied Research Institute since November 2022 and as a Board Member at The Mill since October 2022. Previously, Brooke held the position of Vice President of Technology Engagement at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation from July 2022 to November 2022. Brooke's extensive career includes roles such as Vice President at NSTXL, where responsibilities included leading consortium management and directing the S2MARTS initiative to foster collaboration between government, industry, and academia. Brooke formerly worked at NSWC Crane, serving in multiple capacities including Technology Transfer Manager/ORTA and SBIR Program Manager. Additionally, Brooke coordinated efforts for the Federal Laboratory Consortium and directed SBIR initiatives at the Indiana Economic Development Corporation, significantly increasing participation in the program. Educational qualifications include a Masters Certificate in Public Administration from the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and dual Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University.
