Crystal Blake is an accomplished chef and music publisher with extensive experience in the hospitality and music industries. Currently serving as a chef at Argyle Events & Staffing since May 2017, Crystal also holds the position of head chef for the Hales Franciscan High School Alumni Association since July 2008. An active music publisher and songwriter with Crystal Diamond Music since 1984, Crystal has collaborated with numerous notable artists such as Eddie Murphy, Sister Sledge, and Stevie Wonder. Other roles include banquet server and bartender at Best Waiters Of Chicago Inc, food service specialist with the Archdiocese of Chicago, and various positions in food and beverage management. Education includes an Associate of Arts in Hospitality from City Colleges of Chicago-Kennedy-King College and an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from Washburne Culinary Arts.
