Kathy Maffei

Kathy Maffei has extensive experience in the financial services industry, working in various roles at Argus Information and Advisory Services and Citi.

From March 2016 onwards, they have been a Senior Managing Director at Argus Information and Advisory Services, where they lead a team of 90+ strategic consultants. Kathy'sresponsibilities include providing strategic consulting and analytic services to financial institutions across North America, the UK, and Australia.

From 2012 to 2013, Kathy was the Director of Existing Customer Marketing, responsible for direct marketing strategy and merchant-funded offer strategy within the CitiCards portfolio. Kathy was also in charge of creative marketing strategy for existing customer programs and communications.

Between 2009 and 2012, they held the position of Director of New Customer Growth and Relationship Expansion, where they were responsible for strategic business analysis across various aspects of the U.S. Cards business.

From 2006 to 2009, Kathy served as the Director of Cross-Sell and Multi-Relationship Customer Marketing at Citi. In this role, they oversaw cross-sell marketing activities across the Consumer Bank, acquiring hundreds of thousands of credit cards, billions of dollars in home equity loans, and deposit balances annually. Kathy also developed and implemented new credit card distribution channels across businesses within the Consumer Bank.

Before that, they were a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions and Lifecycle Marketing at Citi from 2004 to 2006. In this role, Kathy managed new customer acquisitions and existing customer management programs for the US Card Products Consumer Value and Growth market. Kathy had a significant budget of over $500 million and was responsible for acquiring over three million new accounts and $15 billion in new receivables through balance consolidation loans annually.
