Ilay Nisim currently serves as a Software Engineering Manager at Broadcom Software, leading the Symantec Enterprise Cloud SaaS ZTNA cyber protection solution since 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Software Group Manager at Argus Cyber Security Ltd., managing a diverse multi-site engineering team and overseeing the successful attainment of A-spice level 2 certification. Ilay has also held positions such as Software Team Lead at Netline Communications Technologies, where responsibilities included team management and hands-on development in C++ for Linux and embedded platforms, and as a Senior Real Time Embedded Engineer at Valens, focusing on automotive applications. Additional expertise was gained as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and DSP expert at various companies, working on multithread applications, software architecture, and optimizing next-generation systems. Ilay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
