Young Sik Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Young Sik started their career at KT in 1990, where they worked as a Senior Researcher for six years. Following this, they joined Hansol PCS as a Technical Team Lead for two years. In 1998, they moved to Thrunet and served as a Technical Team Lead for two years. In 2007, Young Sik Kim became the CEO of VIVANS, a position they held until 2016. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at ARGOS LABS Incorporated, where they have been working since 2016.

Young Sik Kim earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (Computer Science) from Kyungpook National University from 1984 to 1988. Young Sik later pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology from 1988 to 1990.
