Surya Oruganti has a wealth of experience in product management and leadership. In 2021, they founded and became the CEO of Argonaut. In 2020, they were the Product Lead at Hypersonix Inc., leveraging AI advancements in NLP, Machine Learning, In-Memory Computing & Intelligence Automation to enable real-time decision making. In 2019, they were the Lead Product Manager - Data Strategy, Ecosystem, Analytics at AllyO. From 2016-2019, they were the Senior Product Manager Lead at Ather Energy, managing the software, experience, and connected elements of Ather's connected electric scooter. Surya hired and led a team of product managers, drove the positioning and roadmap for UX, data science, software, connected hardware groups, and built and launched V1 of the phone apps for iOS and Android and the vehicle info and navigation console (app+hardware). From 2012-2016, they were a Product Manager at Microsoft, managing the ranking, allocation, pricing, advertiser bidding experiences and user behaviour prediction areas of the marketplace.

Surya Oruganti completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2012. Surya then went on to complete a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institute in 2012.
