Joshua De Los Santos has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Joshua began their career as an IT Intern at Dynamic Details Inc. in 2004. In 2007, they worked as a Fisheries Technician at the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission, where they administered nightly recreational spiny lobster fishing surveys and collected demographic data. In 2008, they returned to the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission as a Data Technician and Research Associate. In 2011, they moved to Ajinomoto Althea, Inc. as a Senior Manufacturing Assistant, where they led the formulations of drug products and trained new operators. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Sanofi Pasteur as an Upstream Manufacturing Associate II, where they were a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for static cell culture and centrifuge operations. In 2021, they began their current role as Manager, Drug Product Manufacturing at Argonaut Manufacturing Services Inc.

Joshua De Los Santos received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from the University of California, Santa Cruz between 2002 and 2007.
