William Morgan has a strong background in operations and manufacturing management. William started their career in 1988 as an Industrial Engineer at McDonnell Douglas, where they worked until 1992. William then joined Baxter International Inc. as an Operations Manager, where they stayed until 1997. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Program Manager at Allegiance Healthcare. In 1999, they joined Cardinal Health as the Director of Manufacturing, and in 2004, they moved to Argon Medical as the Vice President of Operations.

William Morgan attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1981 to 1987. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology/Technician.
