Dave Hammond has over 18 years of experience in IT leadership roles. Dave has served as the VP of Global IT at Argon Medical Devices since 2020, where they are responsible for leading the global IT organization and implementing a modernization and cloud-first strategy. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo from 2017 to 2020, serving as the CTO Director of Platform Engineering and Director of Global Compute and Database Engineering. Dave has also held roles at Heartland Payment Systems, Kendra Scott, Websense (acquired by Raytheon), Surveying And Mapping, Inc., VaultScape, and Illumina. Hammond has a strong background in infrastructure engineering, data analytics, and IT strategy.

Dave Hammond has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from James Madison University. Dave also obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Averett University.
