Barbara Thoma is the Founder and Managing Partner of ARGO Performance & Development, a company established in February 1996 that specializes in integrative Personnel and Organizational Development with a focus on Change and Leadership. Prior to this role, Barbara Thoma worked as a Trainer & Coach at Raiffeisensektor: Österreichisches Bildungswesen für Versicherungen from January 1992 to November 1995 and held a position in Evaluation & Analysis at the Institut für Motivforschung/Gallup Institute from July 1989 to April 1993. Educational achievements include a Post Graduate Management certification from WU Vienna, various coaching and training accreditations, and certifications in emotional and social competency. Barbara Thoma is recognized as a Certified Coach by the Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching (DBVC) and has received numerous qualifications, including licenses in training and coaching methodologies.
