With extensive experience as a Life Coach and Business Coach since 2013, Sharath previously held significant roles including MD and CEO India at Tower Research Capital and Executive Director at Nomura Services India Pvt. Ltd., overseeing technology and fixed income sectors. Sharath's career began with a solid educational foundation, having earned a B.Tech (Hons) in Aerospace from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a diploma in Learning Disabilities Management and Child Psychology from the School of Linguistics in 2010.
