Amanda Marjoribanks is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as the Senior HR Operations Manager at Argenta Syndicate Management Limited since January 2023, Amanda previously held the position of Director of HR at Barings from July 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Amanda was a Senior HR Business Partner at The London Metal Exchange from September 2014 to July 2018, and served as an HR Manager at Ingeus from September 2008 to September 2014. Amanda's career commenced as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amec in early 2008. Educational achievements include a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Aberdeen.
