Dan Hardy currently serves as the Group Managing Director at Argenbright Security Europe Limited since February 2024. Previously, Hardy was the Group Head of Global Security at TUI, where responsibilities included designing a comprehensive global security strategy addressing various specialism areas and ensuring safety during geopolitical risks, such as the Israel Gaza conflict. Earlier roles include Group Strategy Director at Argenbright Security Europe Limited, Managing Director at Amberstone Security Limited, and Managing Director at the National Business Crime Solution, among others. Hardy has extensive experience in security management and risk assessment across diverse sectors, including retail and law enforcement, dating back to military service with the Grenadier Guards.
