Marlo Paulo Roxas has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and project management. Marlo Paulo started their career in 2009 as a Software Tester at WorldPartner Inc., where they created and maintained automated test suites for an application called XSplit. From there, they moved on to Orange & Bronze Software Labs Inc. in 2011, working as a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for requirements elicitation, documentation, and creating and maintaining manual and automated test cases.

In 2016, Marlo worked as a Business Analyst at Wireless Services Asia, where they refined requirements and supported the client's development team during the User Acceptance Testing phase of projects. In 2017, they joined eMarketing Concepts as a Software Tester, performing regression and acceptance tests for mobile and web applications and creating automated tests using the Robot framework.

Later in 2017, Marlo joined TAS Tradesoft Corporation as an Assistant Project Manager, working with engineering teams to deliver mobile and web applications to offshore clients. Marlo Paulo'sresponsibilities included clarifying client requirements, managing tasks in JIRA, and testing the product before delivery.

Marlo's most recent position was at Black Box Intelligence as a QA Manager, starting in 2023. In this role, they created automated tests for a customer experience management platform and maintained automated tests for REST API functional tests using Postman and automated UI tests using Cypress. Marlo Paulo also supported the customer success teams in bug reporting and feature requests and wrote help desk articles for every release.
