Shaun C. Frederick, MBA, has extensive experience in legal operations, having served as the Head of Legal Operations at both Ares Management Corporation and S&P Global. Previous roles include Vice President positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in areas such as Outside Legal Counsel Relationship Management, Category Sourcing Management, and Legal Sourcing Management. Additional experience includes Client Relations at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates and Legal Operations at American International Group (AIG). Shaun holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Long Island University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Hampton University.
