Lindsey Compton began their work experience in 2006 at Nordstrom, where they held a role as a Salesperson for two years until 2008. In 2009, they joined ARES Corporation as a Project Accountant and continues to work in this role.

Lindsey Compton pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Finance at Eastern Washington University from 2005 to 2009.
