Alexandre Bouvresse is an accomplished human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and corporate social responsibility. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines et de la RSE at AREP since November 2017, Alexandre previously held the position of Directeur des ressources humaines at Agence régionale de santé, where responsibilities included supervision of a 30-person HR team and improving working conditions. Alexandre's extensive experience also includes 16 years at Opéra national de Paris in various roles, including Adjoint DRH, where key duties encompassed overseeing HR functions, managing compensation policies, and engaging in social dialogue. Additionally, roles at Sopra Group and Korn Ferry Hay Group involved project management and remuneration analysis. Educational qualifications include a DESS in HR Management from Université Paris Nanterre and a Maîtrise in econometrics from Université de Bourgogne.
