Geoff Johnson is a seasoned leader in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Co-Founder, President, and Chief Development Officer at Arena Renewables since July 2023. Prior to this role, Geoff held the position of Senior Director of Development at Cypress Creek Renewables from July 2017 to July 2023 and worked as a Project Development Consultant at OneEnergy Inc from June 2016 to May 2017. Additional experience includes roles as a Project Consultant at Current, powered by GE, and as a Program Officer at the U.S. Department of State through Beacon Associates. Geoff also contributed to sustainable development initiatives as a Consultant for the Organization of American States from September 2010 to July 2012. Education includes a Master of Business Administration in Sustainable Global Enterprise from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and Spanish from the University of Virginia, supplemented by studies at the University of Buenos Aires and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
