Katherine Suddaby is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at arena.online since July 2023. Previously, Katherine held multiple leadership roles at Patch Plants from September 2020 to July 2023, including Managing Director and Head of Operations. At Newton Europe from May 2014 to September 2020, Katherine delivered significant improvements in operational efficiency and capacity, including a 45% increase in daily capacity within Europe’s largest automated eCommerce fulfillment center and an £8.7 million cost reduction in the defense sector. Katherine’s early career includes key positions at Procter & Gamble and Festival Supermarkets. Katherine holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
