Stefan De Ridder serves as the HR Director at Arega Pharma since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources from previous roles at notable organizations. At Clarivate for Intellectual Property, Stefan held the position of Global Senior HRBP and HR Director from December 2013 to October 2021, focusing on the IP Group. Prior experience includes leading HR initiatives as the Regional HR Lead for EMEA and managing HR practices for CRH's 20 GAMMA do-it-yourself stores in Belgium. Stefan's earlier career involved roles at Planet Internet as HR Project Manager, Bakker & Partners as HR Consultant, Randstad Group Belgium as HR Account Manager, and Koopjeskrant NV as Project Coordinator. Education includes a Master of Law from the University of Antwerp, completed between 1988 and 1993.
