Monish Suratwala has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the pharmaceutical industry. Monish has worked as a Senior Scientist at Arecor Therapeutics plc since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Technical Product Lead at PCI Pharma Services from October 2021 to March 2022. From August 2019 to September 2020, Monish worked as a Senior Research Scientist at Fresenius Kabi Oncology Limited in India. Monish also held the position of Sr. Executive- Novel Drug Delivery System at Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd. from January 2018 to July 2019. Monish began their career at Cipla Ltd. in March 2015 as an Assistant Manager NDDS and worked there until January 2018. Monish started their professional journey at Syngene International Limited as a Traniee Research Associate from September 2014 to March 2015.

Monish Suratwala completed a Master in Pharmacy with a focus on Pharmaceutics and Drug Design from Bharati Vidyapeeth between 2011 and 2013. In 2020, they enrolled in King's College London and pursued a degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, specializing in Pharmaceutics and Drug Design. Monish successfully completed this program in 2021. Furthermore, in May 2021, Monish Suratwala obtained certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn.
