Roberto Fantauzzi is an experienced design professional currently serving as Chief Design Officer at Areaware since February 2019, with responsibilities encompassing the oversight of design, development, sourcing, and production across all product categories. Previously, Roberto held positions such as Design Director at Danao Living, where outdoor furniture launches were strategically planned and executed, and Product Developer at Design Within Reach, focusing on upholstery and occasional tables. Roberto also served as a part-time professor at Parsons School of Design, managing the interdisciplinary design training for students. Early career roles include Daily Operations Manager at STAR TRAK ENTERTAINMENT LLC and various internships in design and creative services. Roberto holds a degree in Product, Furniture & Toys from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Richmond.
