Thubelihle Mbatha has work experience as a Research Analyst at Arealytics since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Student Admissions Representative at Hatfield City College from December 2020 to July 2022. Before that, Thubelihle was a Sales Agent at Telkom from August 2018 to July 2019 and a Customer Service Consultant at Nedbank from January 2018 to December 2018.

Thubelihle Mbatha started their education journey in 2018 at Mangosuthu University of Technology, where they pursued an Honors degree in Marketing Management. During this period, they specialized in various aspects of marketing such as sales, merchandising, advertising, digital marketing, and marketing operations. They continued their education in 2023 at MANCOSA, where they completed a degree in Digital Marketing, focusing on Marketing/Marketing Management in general.
