Marlene Vilas-Boas is an experienced editorial coordinator currently working at Areal Editores since March 2020. Prior to this role, Marlene served as a teacher for the 3rd cycle at Páginas ao Desafio from October 2019 to March 2020, providing instruction in Portuguese, French, English, and History. Experience includes supporting students in Portuguese and French studies at various educational institutions, notably at Jangada do Saber and SALT-Study Academy & Language Training, where significant improvements in student motivation and study habits were achieved. Marlene also held teaching positions at the Universidade do Minho and completed internships in publishing and advertising. Marlene holds a Master's degree in Lexicography and a Bachelor's degree in European Languages and Literatures from Universidade do Minho.
