Phuong Le has a diverse work experience in the creative field. They are currently working as a VP - Associate Creative Director (Art) at Area 23. Prior to this, they held the positions of Creative Director and Associate Creative Director at Fishawack Health from 2015 to 2021. Phuong also worked as a Senior Art Director at SCOUT Marketing, Dentsu, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. They were an Interactive Art Director at Leo Burnett and an Interactive Junior Art Director at DealerMax Advertising. Phuong started their career as a Senior Graphic Designer at UCD Advertising and a Graphic Designer at Maxxxout Entertainment.

Phuong Le completed a Blockchain Technology Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Masters in Fine Arts degree in Advertising-Art Direction from the Academy of Art University in 2004-2005. Phuong also holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts degree in Art Studio with an emphasis in Design from the University of California, Davis, which they completed between 2000 and 2004.
