Ed Verdel is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as the NJ Founding Broker and Team Lead at Compass since March 2020, Ed oversees The VIP Team, which operates in northern New Jersey. Ed has held the position of Partner at Hudson West since July 2018, focusing on opportunistic real estate investment and development. Prior to this, Ed was a licensed real estate salesperson at Area New York and City Solutions Real Estate. Ed also owned Verdel Real Estate, achieving over $150 million in sales volume, and has experience as a Senior Auditor at Tower Group Companies and a Sr. Consultant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Ed holds a B.S. in Finance from Rutgers Business School and is a graduate of Fair Lawn High School.
