Grace Choi is an accomplished professional with significant experience in food studies, culinary arts, and education. As the CEO and Founder of The Knowhow Company since March 2017, Grace has been influential in shaping knowledge within the culinary field. Concurrently, since September 2023, Grace serves as a Community Partner at Area 2 Farms. Grace has also been an Adjunct Professor at The New School since June 2014, teaching courses that explore the philosophical and cultural dimensions of food. Previous roles include Voice Over Artist at SpokenLayer and Media Personality for Cooking Channel's "Cooking with Grace." Grace's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Food Studies from New York University and a Grand Diplome from the International Culinary Center, complementing earlier studies in Economics at the University of Notre Dame.
