Pia Therese Roland is a seasoned professional in customer success and strategic accounts management, currently serving as Global Director for Strategic Accounts and Customer Success at Ardoq since February 2018. With a strong foundation in enterprise architecture, Ardoq supports organizations in their digital transformation efforts. Prior to Ardoq, Pia held various roles at Meltwater from August 2011 to February 2018, culminating in the position of Senior Key Account Manager, where Pia managed a client portfolio of major Nordic companies with a track record of exceeding financial targets. Additional experience includes seasonal work at Color Line and volunteer coordination roles at Ski-VM 2011 AS and the Student Union at Campus Kristiania. Pia holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Relationship Management from Kristiania University College.
