Paul Montaque (ポール) AMBCS is an accomplished Senior PMO Consultant at Ardoq, with a diverse career spanning over 18 years in enterprise architecture and project management. Prior to joining Ardoq in February 2022, Paul held various roles at BMT and Atos, contributing significant expertise in digital transformation, business process management, and technology solutions for high-profile government clients, including the Ministry of Justice. Recognized for developing cost models and leading multi-disciplinary teams, Paul has a strong track record in delivering innovative technical solutions and managing complex vendor partnerships.
