Sally Heathfield is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the UK HR Director and Regional Head of HR for the UK and Denmark at Ardo since October 2020. Prior roles include Group HR Manager at Burden Bros (BB4) from August 2018 to October 2020 and at APC Technology Group from April 2014 to August 2018. Sally's career in HR began in 2004 as an HR Administrator at OCS Group UK, followed by various HR advisory roles at All Plumbing Kent Ltd, Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust, and a Group HR Manager position at Burden Bros (BB4). Sally holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification from MidKent College and additional education from West Kent College.
