Nathan Den Herder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nathan is the Founder and CEO of Ardley since April 2021. Prior to this, Nathan served as the Chief Technology Officer at Vellum Mortgage from September 2018 to April 2021. At Vellum Mortgage, Nathan focused on enhancing the mortgage experience through transparency and a commitment to quality.
Before their time at Vellum Mortgage, Nathan worked at Fannie Mae for 15 years in various roles. Nathan served as the Director of Financial Engineering from September 2014 to September 2018, and as a Financial Engineer Manager from September 2012 to September 2014. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Financial Engineer - Credit Risk Analytics, Consultant in Business Development, Developer in Financial Technology, and Associate Developer in Financial Technology.
In addition, Nathan served as Co-President of Tuckahoe Capital Partners from July 2007 to August 2014. Nathan also worked as a Graduate Teaching Fellow at The George Washington University from August 2001 to May 2003 and as a Technology Consultant at Ohio Local Government Development Institute from September 1999 to September 2001.
Nathan Den Herder completed their education in a chronological manner. Nathan first attended Ohio University from 1997 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems. Nathan then attended The George Washington University from 2001 to 2003 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems. Nathan continued their education at The George Washington University School of Business from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance.
