Julie Mecca has a diverse work experience. Julie began their career as a Legal Intern at the United States Attorneys' Offices in 2011. Julie then worked as a Summer Associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in 2012, followed by a Law Clerk position at the same firm in 2013. In 2016, they were hired as a Software Engineer at Radiance Technologies. Most recently, they have been the Co-Founder & CEO of Ardis AI since 2019.

Julie Mecca has an extensive educational background. Julie began their studies at the University of Oklahoma, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters. Julie then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology. After that, they attended New York University School of Law. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a course at Y Combinator.
