Steven Barrois has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Steven currently works as a Senior Investment Manager at Ardian, a position they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Florac from 2018 to 2021, where they held the roles of Associate Director and Senior Associate. At Florac, they gained experience in various financial functions. Before Florac, Steven worked as an Associate at NiXEN Partners from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on LBO and equity investments. Steven was involved in the disposal processes of several companies. Steven began their career at EY in 2013, where they held the positions of Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services and Junior in Financial Services.

Steven Barrois began their education journey in 2005 at Lycée Pablo Néruda, where they earned their Baccalaureat degree in Sciences in 2008. Steven then attended Lycée Champollion - Grenoble from 2008 to 2010, completing a Preparatory class in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry (PCSI - PC*). Moving forward, from 2010 to 2013, Steven pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in General Engineering at CentraleSupélec. Steven furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Mathematics from Imperial College London, attending from 2012 to 2013.
