Paul Bellec has a range of work experience in the private equity industry. Paul started their career as an Analyst intern at Idinvest Partners in 2017. Paul then worked as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Naxicap Partners from July 2018 to December 2018. In 2019, Paul interned as a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian for six months. Paul continued their journey at Ardian in 2020 where they served as a Private Equity Analyst intern at Argos Wityu for six months. Paul currently works as a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian since September 2021. In addition to their private equity roles, they have also gained experience as a Project Manager at Dauphine Junior Conseil and as a Sailing Instructor at Fédération Française de Voile.

Paul Bellec completed their Bachelor in Business & Economics at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2014 to 2017. During their undergraduate studies, they participated in an exchange program at Singapore Management University in 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management. Later, from 2017 to 2018, they attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL to obtain a Master 1 (M1) degree in Finance, with a focus on general finance. Finally, Paul pursued a Master's degree at ESSEC Business School from 2019 to 2021. The field of study for this degree is unspecified.
