Olivia Marzinotto started their work experience as a Financial Controller at Bosch France in July 2014, where they were responsible for financial control. Olivia then moved to AXA in September 2015 as an Internal Auditor, a role they held until August 2016. In 2016, Olivia joined Bouygues Travaux Publics as a Corporate Finance Analyst, a position they held for a year from September 2016 to August 2017. Following that, they joined Ardian in March 2018 as a Finance Analyst, where they worked until June 2020. Olivia then transitioned to the role of Finance Associate at Ardian from July 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they serve as an Investment Manager at Ardian starting from July 2021.

Olivia Marzinotto completed their Preparatory Class in Economics at Lycée Ozenne from 2011 to 2013, specializing in the Science stream. Olivia then attended NEOMA Business School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained their Master Grande École in Management with a major in Corporate Finance. Additionally, in 2015, Olivia Marzinotto participated in an exchange semester at Aalto University in Helsinki, Finland, but the end year of their exchange program is not provided.
