Hassina HARKATI is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in fund structuring, currently serving as a Managing Director at Ardian since October 2006. In this role, Hassina HARKATI assists in defining investment strategies and establishing the legal frameworks for Global Investment Funds, while also managing the drafting and negotiation of fund documentation for investors.
