Anthony Vanden-Maagdenberg is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Member of the Executive Committee and Global Co-Head of Legal at Ardian since November 2013. In this role, Anthony also holds the position of Co-Head of Legal and Managing Director, along with serving as a Senior Managing Lawyer focused on Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to joining Ardian, Anthony worked as a Corporate (M&A) Lawyer at Unibail-Rodamco from July 2012 until November 2013 and served as a Corporate Lawyer at CBRE for a brief duration from January 2012 to July 2012.
