Joel Rangel has extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as Regional Safety Manager at Ardent Services LLC since January 2012, where responsibilities include promoting a strong safety culture and achieving effective safety outcomes on job sites. Prior to this role, Joel served as Safety Director at KBR, Inc. from September 2003 to May 2009. Joel holds an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Safety Technology from Texas A&M University, where studies were completed from 1998 to 2015.
