Terence M. has extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the Director - Operations IT Business Partner and previously as Director - Operations Finance at Ardent Mills since May 2014. Prior to that, Terence held the role of Assistant Controller and various finance positions at Cargill from January 1998 to May 2014. Terence earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business between 1994 and 1997.
