Nicholas Rushton MRICS has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Nicholas is currently the Director & Head of Infrastructure compensation at Ardent: Infrastructure and Regeneration since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Surveyor at Deloitte Real Estate from November 2014 to July 2019. Nicholas also served as a Surveyor at Knight Frank from September 2012 to October 2014 and as a Consultant at Martin Ward Anderson from June 2008 to February 2011. Additionally, Nicholas has experience working as a Snowboard Instructor in New Zealand and the United States from August 2007 to April 2008.

Nicholas Rushton MRICS completed their education with a BSc 2:1 degree in Sport Science from Brunel University London in 2006. Following this, they pursued an MSc in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University, which they completed between 2011 and 2012.
