Ian Cunliffe is a Senior Director and Head of Transport at Ardent: Infrastructure and Regeneration, a position held since April 2023. With extensive experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects, Ian has led acquisition teams for significant initiatives such as HS2 and Hinkley Point C. Prior roles include Director and Head of Infrastructure Development at Gateley Hamer from July 2018 to April 2023, and Director at Ardent from October 2015 to July 2018. Additional experience includes Senior Acquisitions Manager at HS2 Ltd and Land Programme Manager at EDF Energy Nuclear New Build, as well as Associate Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
