Carl Weaver has a diverse and extensive work experience in infrastructure, regeneration, project management, and GIS consulting. Carl worked at Ardent: Infrastructure and Regeneration as Chief Operating Officer, Director, and Associate Director from 2016 to present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager and Principal GIS Consultant/Project Manager at Mouchel, where they managed large-scale projects such as Thames Tideway Tunnel and Crossrail 2. Carl also had a project management position in the Environment Agency's National Capital Programme Management Service and worked as a GIS Consultant/Project Manager at Infoterra.
Carl Weaver completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1998 and 2001. Carl later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of Nottingham, which they obtained in 2002. In terms of additional certifications, Carl achieved the Chartered Project Manager designation from the Chartered Management Institute in September 2012. Furthermore, they hold a Prince2 Practitioner certification from APMP, although the specific month and year of completion are unavailable.
