Lynette Zickl has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lynette started their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Braintree High School from 2005 to 2007. Lynette then worked as a Research Assistant at the Douglas lab at the University of Michigan in 2008. Lynette also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Michigan from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Lynette joined the American Institutes for Research as a Research Associate before transitioning to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2010, where they worked as a Statistician for three years. Currently, Lynette is working at Ardelyx, Inc. since 2020 as the Senior Director of Business Analytics. In this role, they report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for global strategic analytics, market assessments, and new product planning. Lynette also leads the forecasting efforts for the company's hyperphosphatemia and IBS-C products.
