Julien Petit is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the financial institutions sector across Europe. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Head of Europe at Ardea Partners since October 2019, Julien previously held the position of Managing Director and Head of FIG M&A EMEA at Goldman Sachs from April 1999 to October 2019. Julien holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from École Polytechnique, having completed studies there from 1996 to 1999, and attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from September 1993 to July 1996.
