Rachel Kennard (Olding) has worked as the Head of Procurement Data & Analytics at Ardagh Group since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Analyst at Kent County Council from July 2019 to May 2023.

Rachel Kennard (Olding) completed their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Statistics at The University of Sheffield, which they completed from 1995 to 1996.
