Pranav Ruke has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Pranav is currently working as a Senior Technical Lead at Arcus Partners since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Lead at Parkar Digital from May 2022 to February 2023, and as a Senior Technical Associate from August 2020 to May 2022. Pranav also worked as a Consultant at ilabz Technology for a brief period from May 2020 to August 2020, where they handled Tosca automation for a Cpm project, along with Sap and Salesforce automation.

Before joining ilabz Technology, Pranav worked at Capgemini as a Consultant from April 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they led multiple teams for different projects, focusing on automation of applications as part of the Transformation initiative of a British multinational investment bank. Pranav actively collaborated with clients, developers, and third-party vendors to understand technical specifications and execute end-to-end projects.

From September 2014 to March 2017, Pranav was employed at Accenture as a Software Test Analyst. Pranav was responsible for automation and manual testing of a Java-based desktop client-server application used by insurance clerks. During this time, they finalized testing scope, gathered and analyzed test requirements.

Pranav's work experience also includes a research internship at Tata Consultancy Services - Innovation Labs (TRDDC) from June 2013 to April 2014. Under the guidance of Principal Scientist Girish Palshikar, they developed an unsupervised algorithm for event extraction. Pranav'sresearch involved analyzing large datasets of news articles from the Times of India to identify data patterns.

Pranav Ruke completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2010 to 2014. Before that, they obtained their HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) in Science from MES Abasaheb Garware College between 2008 and 2010. Pranav completed their primary education at Hutchings High School, Pune, from 2000 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Pranav obtained the following:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in July 2022.

- Automation Engineer Level 1, Test Design Specialist Level 2, Test Design Specialist Level 1, Automation Specialist Level 1, and Automation Specialist Level 2 from Tricentis. These certifications were obtained in various months between 2017 and 2018.

- Pranav also holds the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) - Foundation Level certification, though the specific month and year of its acquisition are not provided.
