Simon Cox (AMInstR) has extensive experience as a refrigeration engineer, starting from their apprenticeship at Philmar Refrigration in 1996. Simon has worked in various roles in companies such as Cold Service, Space Engineering Services Ltd, Carter Synergy, and Technical Retail Services Ltd. Currently, at Arcus FM, Simon holds the position of Operations Manager Refrigeration and Area Support Manager (Refrigeration), where Simon is responsible for developing and motivating a team of engineers, monitoring staff performance, and identifying training needs. Cox's expertise lies in servicing and maintaining refrigeration equipment in large supermarkets, including working on CO2 plant equipment and controls.
