Jessica Poole IWFM has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Account Director and Zone Building Environment Manager for the North Zone at Arcus FM since July 2019. Prior to this, Jessica held various roles at Co-op from October 2015 to July 2019, including Division Facilities Manager for the North and Group Property Programme Communications Lead on secondment. Earlier in their career, Jessica worked as Regional Facilities Service Manager at Arcus FM from January 2015 to October 2015. Jessica Poole holds an Executive MBA in Facilities Management from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2020 and 2023, and attended Sackville School from 1999 to 2004.
